Yes. Safety is a top priority. All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to the individual. Exercises are selected carefully based on health history, mobility, balance, and comfort level. We move at your pace and adjust as needed.

Initial consultations may be booked online. Ongoing sessions are scheduled personally to ensure consistency, flexibility, and attentive care.
Absolutely. Family members are welcome to be part of the consultation, ask questions, or help coordinate care. Many adult children appreciate staying informed and involved.
